Note
- Ms Ding Zhiying and Mr Ding Zhigang are deemed to be interested in the 71,123,000 shares benefi cially held by Best Plus Developments Limited by virtue of their shareholdings of 50% voting shares each in Best Plus Developments Limited. Mr Ding Yuxiang, the father of Ms Ding Zhiying and Mr Ding Zhigang, is in turn deemed to be interested in their shareholdings in Best Plus Developments Limited.
