Our Business
As one of the leading spun silk manufacturers in the PRC, we have the ability to provide our customers with “one-stop high value-added manufacturing services” along the whole value chain of the spun silk industry.
Our business activities are grouped into 3 divisions:
Manufacture and Sale of Spun Silk Yarn
We manufacture a wide range of spun silk yarn for our own fabrics production as well as for sale to our customers who are mainly knit wear manufacturers in the PRC. These customers buy our spun silk yarn to make knit wear mainly for international apparel brands.
Manufacture and Sale of Spun Silk Fabrics
We manufacture and supply a wide range of spun silk fabric products to our local and overseas garment customers, who are principal garment manufacturers for international apparel brands such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Bahama, Talbots and Ann Taylor. We also supply spun silk fabrics to our garment manufacturing division for the production of garments.
Manufacture and Sale of Garments
With effect from 1 August 2004, we commenced our garment manufacturing business pursuant to our lease of the operating assets from a related company.
Our garment products are sold to overseas customers in the USA, Germany, Denmark, Canada, United Kingdom and Hong Kong, via (i) direct sales to international apparel brands such as Max Studio and Anthology; and (ii) sales to our overseas customers who in turn, supply these garments to international apparel brands such as G2000 and Tommy Hilfiger.
