Integrated Manufacturing Capabilities
We believe we are one of the few enterprises in the spun silk industry in the PRC with capabilities to provide integrated manufacturing of spun silk yarn, spun silk fabrics and garments. We are thus able to provide our customers with “one-stop high value-added manufacturing services” along the whole value chain of the spun silk industry.
Advanced Manufacturing Technology
We continuously upgrade our manufacturing facilities and capabilities to improve on the quality and range of our products and services. For each of our manufacturing processes, we invest in new equipment to keep up with advancement in manufacturing technologies. As a result of our advanced manufacturing equipment and processes, we are able to manufacture more high-end products for international apparel brands.
Research and Development Capabilities
Our advanced technology and our research and development efforts have enabled us not only to improve on the design of our existing products but also to develop new products and expand our product range. Based on our customers' specifications, we have developed approximately 200 new designs and styles to meet their requirements each year. Through our advanced manufacturing facilities, we are well-positioned to further expand our market share by providing our customers with specialised spun silk products.
Experienced Management Team
Our management team has on average more than 10 years of experience in the industry. In particular, our CEO, Ms Ding Zhiying, and our COO, Mr Zhou Huajie, have been in the spun silk and garment business since 1994 and have established a wide network of contacts and customers. The business experience and knowledge of our management and employees are invaluable assets and important to the growth of our business.
Strong Relationships with Customers
We believe that our commitment to the quality and standard of our products have helped us to establish and maintain good relationships with our customers. In recent years, we have also formed strategic relationships with some of our customers such as the garment manufacturers to market our fabric manufacturing services and their garment manufacturing services together to attract new customers and expand our customer base. We believe that our good relationship and strategic alliances with our customers will give us a competitive edge in our efforts to expand our business.
Established Sales and Marketing Network
We have sales representatives in the major cities in the PRC including Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Hong Kong. Our presence in these cities have helped us to maintain close relationships with our customers there and enabled us to respond promptly to the requirements of our customers. We intend to increase our sales and marketing staff to intensify our marketing efforts and secure new customer accounts.
Strategically located in the center of Yangtze River Delta
Our location in Yixing is strategic as it is an economically booming area and has a good transportation network which connects us to other major cities in the PRC. We are only about 2 hours away from Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou and Nanjing. Our strategic location has allowed us to maintain close contact with our customers and suppliers, keep up-to-date with market trends and meet the requirements of our customers promptly.
